  • Sep 1 - Dec 15:  $260/night 
  • Over Christmas & New Years (Dec 16- Jan 5) - $310/night
  • Jan 5 - Apr 15: $295/night 
  •  Apr 16-Jun 15:  $260/night
      
Minimum stays:
  • 4-night minimum stay required
  • 7-night minimum stay during Christmas/New Years holidays 

 

Payment:
  • Add $60 for Front Desk Check in fee
  • Add 12.25% State taxes on all rates
  • $500 deposit required within 10 days of booking reservation
  • Balance due 45 days prior
  • Christmas Season full prepayment required 60 days prior
  • Cancellation notice required 45 days prior to arrival or deposit will be forfeited. No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival unless we are able to re-book the time
  • Payment methods: Check, Money Order or PayPal. For payments using PayPal we will request a Payment from you using PayPal. You, of course, will need a PayPal account. PayPal payments will incur an additional fee of 2%.
